Opening Act

Hello, this is my introduction to the blogging world. First of all, I am a fan of all sports, except for hockey, so you can expect a wide variety of topics to be covered (including soccer). The website is obviously a quote from "Field of Dreams" and the title of the blog is a quote from "Bull Durham." So, knowing this there will be posts about movies and various other entertainment outlets, like music and books. I expect that my first in depth post will be in the near future, probably about baseball and I also plan to recap the USA v. Mexico game that is being played tomorrow night.
